FALL 2021: Musical Theater Workshop (Grades 6-12)
HITS , United StatesIn this class, students receive 35 minutes of dedicated “triple threat” training in each of the musical theater disciplines: acting, singing, and dance! Every week students will explore monologues and scenes, songs, and dances from your favorite musicals. Each workshop's theme changes, so this class is repeatable, and over several sessions, students will learn about many diverse musical theater styles and writers.

As an ensemble, the students each play an important role in telling the story for a live audience by learning music, choreography, and staging. Our creative team guides the students through character development, proper vocal technique, while strengthening motor skills, coordination, and social-emotional learning.
